We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to a third party unless we have your permission or are required by the law to do so. REFUND & CANCELLATION
Our policy for returns, refund and cancellation will be as follows :

If you wish to return your product you’d have to ship it to us within 7 days of receiving your order and bear the shipping charges.
We process refunds in the form of store credit. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
For Cancellations please contact us via ‘contact us’ link.
Cancellation is only possible in the case that the products have not been shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests are not valid.
* FOR MADE TO MEASURE ORDERS
As all made-to-measure orders are unique to cater to the specific requirements given to us by our clients, we cannot offer an exchange or a return on the order.
We can alter the garments if required depending on the form of the product.
If you wish to alter your product you’d have to ship it to us within 7 days of receiving your order and bear the shipping charges.
* ON-SALE PURCHASE
Products purchased on sale cannot be cancelled once the order is placed and are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.
